Internal driver error in IDirect3DDevice9

Hi, I've been running my new rig for about a week now and im finding everyday when I first start up my pc I get this error when I try to run any game. Reinstalling the drivers seems to keep it happy for a day, and its fine after restarts, but once its been left overnight it appears again :confused:

Tried two different sets of drivers (one from the cards installation disc, one from the ati website with no joy) and also tried a fresh directx 9 as well. Could someone with infinite wisdom help me out with this please, its doing my head in

No need to bump a thread, people will reply when they know the answer.

This will get moved to windows and drivers section, you will get a response in there.
