Howdy,

Set my new rig up from OCuk the other day, and I went for the Antec Nine Hundred case.. its a beaut and with all those fans I get great temps.

But one issue I have with it is that it doesnt have a built in internal PC speaker for the generic motherboard beeps and sirens? So if I had a hardware issue duing OCing I wouldn't hear it... and when booting my PC, not hearing the all so familiar BEEP is weird, I keep thinking sumin has gone wrong. I'll prob get use to it, but I want the speaker!

Can you actually buy these? Would appear you cannot buy them here at OCuk, and I know you can't give competitors... but a simple "Yes you can buy them" will suffice!

I tried doing a search for "PC Speaker" "Internal PC Speaker" in google and it just keeps pulling back mulitmedia speaker results!

Anyone have any idea?

Stupidly I should have looked on that famous auction site... theres one there! Shame ocuk dont stock them... but I supose they are not very popular :)

Really... I thought they should be on the mobo, but Im pretty sure my P5N-E SLi does not have one... I've not had one PC bleep yet? So either I have sumin disabled in the BIOS? Or it doesnt come with one?

The best one i came across came with a crappy case, it was the standard plug with a tiny speaker attatched to 2 wires about 1/2" long. Ideal. I dont like the beeps, but they are handy for fault location on mobos.
