Sorry if this is in the wrong place, this is my first post and I'm still finding out what's where. I had a quick look and couldn't find an answer so could anybody tell me pros and cons of an internal pci WiFi card vs a usb WiFi stick? Ethernet would be ideal but not possible Due to location.

It all depends on where your machine is located (as in on the floor against a wall) in the room and where your router is.

A PCI-e Wifi card is a good option as long as you dont put the back of the case against a wall as the antennas will not get a clean signal. You can also get ones that have extendable antennas. With the USB versions you could put these where you like with a USB extention lead, or again some come with extendable antennas. Have a look on our site under networking and USB adaptors and Network Cards / Wireless.
