Internal self signed SSL cert discovery and management.

Hi,

We have 48,000 + ssl certs that are handled by a vendor tool that seems to be woefully lacking.

I am have a bit of an issue finding other vendor tools that could be used for self signed SSL management over various platforms (Windows / Solaris / Linux / Java mainly).

Ideally with the below functionality missing from our current tool;

• Cert discovery.
• Automated request, generation and installation (approvals workflow or hold / release functionality before installation).
• Decent data controls on information required before a new cert can be generated.
• Ability to query / take feeds from other systems to enrich information stored about the certs issues for reporting.
• Segregation or at least identification between infra and application certs for reporting.

Anyone know of any products out there that may support some or all of the above ?.
