International dial-up number

My father-in-law is looking for a dial-up service that can be used internationally. His ISP provides an 0845 number but do not have anything that can be used overseas. Does anyone know of a provider who does? It'll be strictly a PAYG account.

You might want to look at worldial. It's powered using iPass network, we use iPass for our clients needing international dialup access, works great!
