Internet Blocking software for large office

Hi All

Looking for an internet blocking sotware to stop staff searching ebay/amazon/facebook etc when they should be working.

Only thing is, I need to have some sort of ability to add sites to be blocked for a group of pc's, i.e. i dont want to have to keep going to each pc, and setting permissions manually

Any ideas ?

If it's a "large office" isn't there a firewall already in place?
