Internet Connection issues with Gigabite's On board LAN (Realtek RTL8168/8111)

Just built new rig and im having a few connection problems, pages loading up slowly, download speeds being slower than usual and connections to WoW being slow, I.E Characters loading slow, high latency etc.

Anyone know of any known issues / cures for these problems?

I've never seen problems caused by the network card itself like that before. Have you got the latest drivers from the Realtek website, though anyway?

Not yet, I will download them and see if it makes any difference.

I got the latest ones from the Gigabite website as another forum said try that.

I've found the drivers from the Gigabyte site for the NIC to be crap, always get mine direct from the manufacturers myself. In some case the drivers offered by Gigabyte don't even install, just my personal experience though

Downloaded and updated the drivers from the Realtek website, updated no problems but still having the same issues
