Internet Connection Keeps Dropping

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my internet at home. I'm with Virgin Media and have one of their "Hub 3.0" routers. Today for some reason, all devices in the house (four mobile phones and one PC connected to the router via a TP-Link) keep losing connection to the internet. When this happens, the phones appear to be connected to wifi with full signal. But there is no internet connection. Full signal but a big X across the wifi symbol. On the PC, the network goes from "Connected" to "Unidentified Network" and that's it, no internet on anything. I've checked online for issues in my area with no joy. Everything seems to be fine. I tried to access my routers settings in my web browser. I managed to log on and according to the router, I have wifi and ethernet. There was some diagnostic tool I could try. But trying seems to have killed my access to the router settings. The page currently no longer loads. I've restarted the router a few times, which for a while, seems to bring back the internet (it's how I am posting this now). But then it goes again after a while. Any ideas? Could my Hub 3.0 be on it's way out?

Is the 'TP-Link' a set a Powerline adapters? If so did you follow the necessary steps to ensure that they aren't running with default encryption keys?

Hey guys. Thanks for the suggestions. I checked this morning and now it seems there WAS an issue with broadband in my area, which is now resolved. I'm at work and so I've yet to see if everything is okay but I think it will be. Cheers!
