Internet connection problem

I have done the speed test and im currently at 0.4mb download and 0.3 on the upload.

I had 4.88mbs download the other, whats happening?

Im on Sky Broadband if that helps.

Just been online with the SKY and did something, he said there should be no more than 10 and there is like 60, any one know anything that it has to do with?

He said my brodband is fine, its a problem with the computer, I built it on Tuesday and it has been fine, logged on today and youtube wont play, wow wont play.

I have not tried re-installing the ethernet drivers, dont have any other ethernet cables, ill try a different port now.
Its just my computer, but that imageshack thing says there could be people on my internet line or something?

I rang Sky up and they said that everything was fine and it was my computer and I should get it checked bye a specialist :|

No idea how it could be my computer?
Everything is basically what it was like in the connection status, same speeds as before, restarted the router, and the computer, done everything.
