I've added a few old machines (XP of various ages) to our new 2008 server and although most of the really old ones (p4's went on fine but the newer ones appear to have a problem with the internet connection wizard persisting… I need the machines to be able to access our intranet but as it stands when the group policy loads on the machines and users try to open the intranet (or web in general) they get denied and the internet connection wizard is mentioned
Its weird that its fine with some and not on others?
Any ideas?
