Internet downloading

Are you running any firewall/antivirus software? Tried disabling them?

Also might be worth changing the DNS as well: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Exactly how is the PC connected to the router?

No firewall/antivirus software, I'll have a look at changing DNS now. Its connected straight to the router
Here's my speed test but still I can only use internet freely when I have an online game running

Try a clean install of Windows. Something may have corrupted during the install. Make sure you have the most recent drivers from the manufacturer for the new motherboard. Especially the NIC.

So I installed the SSD and a fresh windows install and drivers and still getting these problems its really bugging me now not being able to watch videos online without them springing a error message could it be a faulty motherboard this has only sprung up since changing the motherboard, cpu and ram should i buy a usb plug ethernet port to check if its the ethernet on motherboard causing this?

Still have not found out a fix for this im having to run a online game everytime i use the internet its as if my connection goes dead when I am not connected to a online server

This is very odd.

Do you have any 3rd party security software installed?

If you open up the command prompt (click start, type cmd) Then in there type..

ping 8.8.8.8

What happens?

This seems like a real pain, but you've not had great suggestions tbh OP.

First thing I would do is rule out the network interface. If you're using ethernet, try a USB WiFi dongle, and vice versa.

Second thing I would do is rule out the OS. Try a Linux live CD and do some regular browsing.
