Internet dropping on the PC but not on the modem/anything else

Eyup,

The internet has been working fine (albeit slow...talktalk) but in this past month or so whenever I leave my PC for about 30 minutes the internet won't work without a reboot when I return. The connection on the modem is fine and all the other devices as still getting a connection.

Anyone have any idea of what might be up? I know its not a massive problem, just a bit of a pain having to reboot all the time!

Wired or wireless?

Can you ping anything at all when this happens? Ie PC <> router/other devices.

The pc in question is wired into the router but it's a wireless router!

EDIT: And when it happens the pc doesn't actually say there's no internet connection, its just when you open up the browser or try to use a program thats internet dependent, nothing works.
