internet explorer 'E' icon

This seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth......or at least my computer. Anyone know how to get it back?

Isn't it in the Prorgram Files\Internet Explorer folder>?

Right click the desktop and choose properties. Then click Desktop followed by Customize Desktop. Tick the box. It's not a normal icon or shortcut as such.
