Pretty self explanatory from the screnny below. Happens on most pages, most notably ebay.

Thanks in advance.

Well, seeing as this is firefox and not IE, not a good start! It looks like the style sheet is missing. Do you have a firewall, its looks like stuff is being blocked? Try disabling it and see if that makes a difference. Are you connected through a network or direct to ISP?

As howiepoohs says, looks like it could be the images inside the red areas could possibly be blocked by Adblock.

Look under the "Tools" menu to see if you have "Adblock" listed. Open up the Ebay page, and then go into the Adblock menu and click "Whitelist this whole site". See if that helps.

LOL yea it is Firefox and not IE, it does it in both if its any help.

It is a works computer that is connected to a network.

We have something called intY ExoServer connection manager that I changed logins on in order to access the internet. Before access was ceased on the older account images displayed fine.

Hmm, have seen this before with some cache pilots. Perhaps your connection is timing out before the whole page loads. Can you connect to the edge of the network and see if you can get web pages ok there? Do you have a proxy server setup? Can you bypass this?

Not to sure if there is a proxy set up.

What do you mean about connecting to the edge of the network?

COnnecting to edge of network is before the internet hits the server. Thus bypassing it and giving you a "clean" connection. This involves moving your pc - not a problem if you use a Laptop. Proxy settings would be in internet options/connections and then LAN settings. See if anything is specified. and untick it if so. Does any other PC at work experience this issue?

Not sure if anyother PC has this problem. Moving would be difficult as its a desktop.

Just to add i typed ebays url into a proxy site and the page loaded all images correctly.
