OK to update,
I had ad-aware, superantispyware, Avira, Mirosoft security, none of which detected it, though Avira and Microsoft found and quarantined a couple of items without stopping the process. Malaware bytes froze without finding or solving initially.
I ended up tracing a couple of apps to the temp folder? You can see the three ones which start with X above. I could not delete these, so I stopped the processes then deleted then cleaned the HD re-started and ran my spyware, Malaware Bytes to be exact, which found the process highlighted in blue in my start menu. I have had no pop ups since deleting the above three apps, I have no idea where they came from, but am dissapointed as it's my fisrt ever PC infection that has caused such bother on W7.
I am wondering if this may have been linked to my being unable to load C&C4 due to Windows Installer 5 going missing, as it seemed it could have have been linked to those directories? And Adobe would not update either last week?
