Internet Explorer not included with Windows 7....

Hi all,

IE 8 is not to be included with European versions of Windows 7, but my Mrs just raised an interesting question.

If you don't have a browser to start with, how are you meant to download a browser! (assuming you only have access to one computer obv)

Available as optional windows update I'd imagine?

Isn't Windows Update a website though?

Have a copy of it (Firefox, Opera etc) on a pen drive or back up DVD/CD

fair enough for most of us but my Mrs was thinking of the people who don't have access to make a copy of the installer from another PC! :O
