internet explorer not working... email is

Connection is still htere as my PC upsatirs is working fine, Downstairs will just let email work but not Intenret

I have just disable norton internet security and internet works fine but can't disable it for more than 4hrs at a time.

Why is norton internet security doing this??

I obviously want to keep norton on but wanna get internet working too.

Ne settings need changing?
