Internet Explorer Problem!

I get this problem with IE6 every now and again. What hapens is the pages do not automatically refresh. So when I go onto BBC News for example the news on the screen will be days old unless I manually press refresh. What could be causing this?


I use Mozilla when this happens which seems to work fine.

Every so often try cleaning your cache. This will force IE to download new pages. If it continues then turn offline pages, and page caching off

Still highely recommend Firefox or Opera
