Internet Explorer Problems

Hi

I've recently started having problems with Internet Explorer running really slow. It doesn't seem to be any other applications that are having a problem and I'm not sure how to resolve it.

It runs slow but when I select any links that open in a new window it seems to take ages to open the new window.

Anybody have any ideas how I could sort this?

I knew you'd need more info but I wasn't sure what you'd want.

2GB Intel Duo Processor
4GB RAM

I'm running Vista at the moment but I'll but updating to Win7 in the next view days.

I think it's IE 8. How would I check this?

Broadband speed is fine (approx 7/8MB)

It seems to be just the loading of the windows itself. Once the window has loaded then navigating around web sites is fine.

I regulary use CCleaner and Defraggler, so I've no idea how what this could be.
I've also run virus scans and they're also fine.

Just thought I'd let know you, I sorted the problem.
I went in to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and then Reset.
It's a problem with the third party add-ons with Vista apprently.
