Internet Explorer Small font help

Hey all,

Recently everything on my IE has just become very very small, unreadable infact.

Anyone know how i can fix this? Ive tryed resolution changing but it doesn't help

CTRL+Wheel scroll down=bigger, up=smaller

hold down the crtl button and use the scroll wheel on your mouse.
