Internet explorer stops responding

This has happened so much these last few days, I've done a google search ( managed to get firefox installed ) and it seems like lots of people are having problems, this is SO annoying, I dont really like firefox much.

Anyone got any tips on how to get IE working again..... I'm so annoyed I might even re format my PC... ggggrrrrrrrrrrrr
 
After getting several BSOD's it seems to be more of a problem than just IE playing up, I have just reformatted & reinstalled W7 - sorted !!!!

** I love a freshly reformatted PC - everything is sooooo quick !!!
 
I do it about every 6 months, TBH it's a pain but my PC just seems to get slower and slower.
