Internet for 5 days?

Got some friends coming over into this country for a week or so. They'll need occasional internet access in their place (5 days worth I reckon). Speed is unimportant and data usage will be web pages only (and quite sparse).

Is there anywhere they could rent a dongle/buy a one off one cheaply? It'll be used with a laptop as there mobiles are very old.
