My web pages are having trouble loading up, it will only load half sometimes and i have to keep refreashing to get the rest of the page to load up. websites and links sometimes take 1-5 clicks to actually connect. My net connects at around 2700kb's using a Netgear router dgn 2200 . Downloading is fine and im getting max speeds on newsgroups, gaming is fine, it just seems to be webpages. this is also happening on multiple computers in the house and i have no idea how to fix it. Any help is appreciated

Could be a dns issue, or could be a traffic/peering issue experiencd by you isp.
What isp are you with?
As a test set the public google dns on the your local ethernet connection.
Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
