I use IE and have been experiencing the loss of all graphics on web pages - eg. when i load google, the google logo is not there whilst the remaining content is fine.

What is this problem and how can i resolve this?

Quick check.

In IE, Click Tools then Internet Options then Advanced.
Scroll down the list until you find the "Show Pictures" check box.
It should be ticked.

the above advice does not seem to work, the box is already checked.
thanks though - any other ideas?
