basiclly im raging atm due to my internet.
it was fine then all of a sudden rly awful. i mean i was doing speed / ping tests with results like 30% packet loss 900 ping and 1900ms jitter. with 1meg down and 0.04 meg upload speeds. this is pretty much unusable as you can imagine.
anyway i rang them they said they found a fault, gave us a referance number and said itll be fixed within 24-48 hours.
so today ir ang them cus it was still awful, not as bad as stated above but still pretty bad. they said everything was fine there end to restart my networking equip, i did so hoping for the best.
to find NOTHING had changed.
so i rang again, he was saying it may have been because its high usage in my area atm, and wasnt a lot they could do.
now, this is rly annoying.
i get awful speeds no matter WHAT time of day.
it is fluctuating like crazy.
im on 10 meg virgin which is usually fine but atm im getting about 1-6 meg down and around 0.09-0.14 meg upload (should be around 0.5)
what can i possibly do because its rly starting to annoy me now.
