Hi all,
I have just got the amazing Crossfire System from OCUK and am very pleased with it.
I do have a slight issue though it would seem.
My internet/network connection keeps dropping. That may be a little confusing actually because the Router (and I bought a new one to make sure) seems fine. It still says I am connected, bu I dont get any web pages.
Delving a bit deeper when this happens I try to connect to the router and cant, this points me in the direction of the NIC, its the onboard one on the Asus A8R-MVP
I was rebooting to cure the problem but noticed if I disabled then re-enabled the NIC i would get my internet conntion back.
I can happen when I am doing nothing, or using the Internet. The problem seems not to be fusy.
If I look in my network connection folder I have 2 connections. the Marvell Yukon and anothe labelled 1394 adaptor. Not sure what that is, also not sure if that could be the issue?
If anyone can help or offer advise that would be great.
Lee
