Hi

We need to monitor/block internet usage for 10 users.

We need to have the ability to create a list of allowed/blocked sites for each user regardless of which pc they log on to inside the network.

I looked at GFI Webmonitor but they say that it can't create list by website for each user, only by category.

I had a quote from http://www.icritical.com/ and it can do what we need but we would have to have a dedicated server/pc for it to run on.

Are there any other options I should consider that can do block/allow list for each individual user that is reasonabley priced?

Thanks

Or a SonicWall TZ/NSA firewall with Content Filter (or CGSS which includes the Content Filter subscription). That uses a small piece of software (Directory Connector) to make the link between the firewall and find out which user is logged onto the PC which is surfing.

We actually have Sonicwall router but the quote for the icritical software is a lot cheaper then the Sonicwall option

What OS are you running at the server? Or are all client PC hanging off the back of thr router?
