What website/software I should use to test the internet speed of mobile networks to see which network gives me better speed?

Of internet you already have? Or to compare networks to see who would give you the best download speed at a given location?
If the former, www.speedtest.net, if the latter, I'm not sure as they won't specifically be able to tell you your download speed as so many things can effect mobile networks.

How would I determine the best mobile network for me as I browse the internet which it must be fast and all network coverage is available at where I live

For me I just got a few sims (3,vodaphone,O2) and I tested the speed at my house and work. Its the best way.

This. Just ensure you use the same testing server each time for a more realistic set of results, and try at several different times of the day.
