internet on xbox 360 via pc's

is it possible ive been trying and cant get it to work

ok i have a wireless network and dont wanna shell out £40-£50 for a wireless xbox connector. i have my pc and xbox networked but cant get it to connect to the internet. i checked on the website and cant find anything helpful

so any ideas

What version of windows are you running?

If its XP the only thing you should have to do is;

* Goto your network connections
* Right click on your wireless connection and click properties
* Click on the advanced tab
* Tick the box that says "Allow other users to connect through this connection"
* Click ok

Do all that, give it a few minutes and it should work fine.

You have a Crossover cable right?

You might need to bridge the connections.

search for Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on the xbox website. All explained there.
