Internet/PC tracking for parent with dementia

Hi all,

I would need your help.

My wife's dad has dementia and is also a PC enthusiast. Wife is worried that he can do something silly while surfing (banking etc) but don't want to take internet access away as it would be like killing him (and I agree). We just want him to enjoy his hobby but also to protect him. We recently received a large bill for something he ordered online without his wife even knowing it.

We then decided to keep the Internet access but to monitor/track/block. I was wondering if you could suggest a good internet tracking sw (not necessarily for free, happy to pay if there is nothing for free which does the same job).

Ideally we would install as local admin, create guest account for her dad and configure some alerts and weekly email reports.

You can try Kaspersky, it has a sandbox environment for when you want to access any financial details online. You can also monitor traffic and setup a blacklist to deny access to specific URL's.

Which version of Windows are you running?
