Internet problem

I seem to have a problem connecting to certain websites

My connection went down earlier this evening and after restarting it i can only get on here and google (that i've tried anyway) all other websites just time out. MSN, ICQ and Skype can all connect, outlook express can connect to my ISP email account but not my hotmail or yahoo accounts

I can't even got on my ISP's site to check if it's a problem their end, my ISP is force9 btw.

Does anyone have any clues?

OK, i've got a friend on MSN to check force9's website and they are having DNS server problems, panic over, at least it's not my end
