Internet Problems only affecting 1 computer

ok, ever since windows 10 came out my internet has been going really slow (100kbs tops) and it seems to have lag spikes every few minutes as-well as random frequent drop outs. However the strange thing is it ONLY happens to my computer, my brothers computer and my ipod both are fine all the time, the Internet adapter i have is a 'TL-WN823N' my theory is that its something to do with this but the company wont respond to my messages, anyone know if there is any way at all to find out what the problem is because before windows 10 came out it was fine.

can you run an ethernet cable to it temporarily to test?

Could quite possibly be that the drivers aren't compatible / optimised with Windows 10 - it's not been out long and unless you've specifically updated them yourself it's unlikely they've changed since your Windows 8.1 install.

Nothing obvious on their site that mentions a new Windows 10 driver so I'd get around to testing other network devices if you can.

Ethernet is always the best option to ensure it's not a fundamental problem with network traffic throughput on your PC. Next would be to try an alternative WiFi device, either bumped from your brothers PC, or from a friend.
