We were BT for nearly 10 years but decided to switch because 0.5mb really wasn't enough, they said they couldn't provide more and the bill was a bomb every month. So we've switched to talk talk who are providing us 4.8mb.
However, my Internet has been down since Thursday and I've only just got it to work. It seems that if you make a phone call the Internet fixes it self.
But I've put in a filter and everything, never had this problem before. So I don't know what to do really. =/. When you phone something there is a crackling noise as well. Not sure how I could have set it up wrong.
