Internet Searches

I want a bit of guidance how to do something, not if I should do it or not, but actually how to do it. In short I have been ^%$^%$ by a holiday/hotel booking online service and to cut a long story short I want to put up a webpage (which I have web space) that if other search for them I can place a document of my experience.

How can I do this?

Make page, optimise page to rank high in searches, upload page to your web space?

There are about a million websites already that review and rate hotels and holiday companies, can you not just use one of them?

I could do but I would rather not be " restricted" and as I found, some are just swamped with "great" reviews and you have to dig hard to find out the info (I didnt dig deep enough but now I have it shows how rubbish they are - the hotels are ok but the booking site is, well lets say, not too honest with its small print and booking process!)- I would like to know I optimise page to rank high in searches?
