internet speed

hi i signed up with talktalk for my internet a few weeks ago.

when i go to download a song with 1000+ seeds and 1000+ leechers, bitlord still says 0kB/s even though in summary it says connected peers:48

is there something within the router settings i need to change to allow to me download faster or is it talktalk?

i have also been on preferences within bitlord and changed global max download rate to "no limit" and global max upload rate to 10kB/s

any advice would be helpful, as this didnt do it when i was on sky broadband.

You might need to forward the port in the router settings that the bittorrent client is using.

TalkTalk is your problem. Cheap price tag = not worth it, you pay for what you get dont you? Well thats the thing they suck so badly that they block ports on there end and control your speeds all the time I got ****ed off with them and told them to shove it and changed to Sky.
