Internet streaming radio help (player)

Hi peeps, I like to listen to gold radio via the net in work, (old fart) but I have to log on to other web sites ect whilst working and makes me lose the radio player page - i have to navigate away from it even if I have closed internet pages ready to open up, it still makes me use the streamed window link.
Gah I hope you can understand, what i need is a dedicated radio streaming program that will stay put whilst I open i.e windows to get some work done any ideas.

if your using windows you should have media player installed (unless IT removed it)
radiofeeds have a database of alternative streaming urls for uk radio stations.

Thanks a lot, you solved it for me.
Using one of the links it provided, it started streaming to media player instead of an I.E window.
