Internet Switch Into Mains Adaptor Then Siwtch

Hi,

Current set up.

Cable - router to Internet switch.
Cable - internet switch to mains adaptor 1
Cable - mains adaptor 2 to Smart TV

To get SKY+ on demand and keep my TV connected can I now plug a second internet switch into main adaptor 2 and plug my TV and Sky box into the second internet switch?

You would have course connect both the TV and Sky box to the new switch.
