Internet Usage Monitor

I'm connected to the internet via my universities network. I'm only allowed a certain amount of network traffic a day (500mb i think) so i was wondering if anyone knows of any software i could use to monitor this.

I went for bandwidth monitor in the end. Seems to be just what i'm after. Thanks for the replies
