Had a quick google, and tried the search function and the freeware list. Basically, my parents want something to monitor times and sites while my sister is supposed to be revising. They don't want to block anything, just log what my sister goes to. Browser is Firefox, so if alternatively, someone can point me to a guide for reading other users histories from firefox (I don;t think she clears her history, not yet) as she has her own, non admin account.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Had you read what I was actually looking for...
I don't want to monitor usage/bandwidth usage/etc.
I want to monitor whats being browsed/times.

Had you been clear what you were actually looking for, maybe in the title...

Firefox stores history in places.sqlite within the user profile (%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\[random alphanumeric].[profile name]\). The file doesn't exactly lend itself to being browsed, even if you could get access to it.
What you'd probably need is some kind of proxy and force her to use it.
