internet/web usage monitoring tools

Does anyone know of any good internet/web usage monitoring tools either software or hardware, that can monitor internet traffic over a network. Which machine/user is visiting what websites etc?

We use surfcontrol in conjunction with Microsoft ISA server. Lets us both monitor and ctonrol what people are looking at.

We are looking into the above for our network, isa server is already in place and surfcontrol to follow soon.
