Internet - Windows 10

Ok so I'm having issues getting any internet pages to load up on my laptop! All other devices work fine so I assume there's something getting in the way? I've run every kind of trouble shooting programme, deleted caches etc and still nothing. I can't think of anything else I can try.

Any body else have any ideas?

It's not a new install, it literally started today. Fired up my laptop and opened Microsoft Edge so I could pay some bills. Homepage opened fine but when I tried to navigate to my online banking it froze and when I tried other internet based apps (kodi etc) nothing would connect. Just seems strange.

I currently run AVG Anti Virus but never had an issue with it before, but now you mention it that is one thing I didn't look at.

Did this and it worked a treat... Internet is back up and loading just like before!!
