Anyone one got any idea on this at my dads house the speed is bad and i'm pretty sure it's the dongle because it works fine on the ethernet.

The staff at a local shop recommed the dongle but its giving these speeds

He connected with ethernet before but the pc was on another area, now he brought this dongle and put the pc in his office not far away

No, he hasant tryed rebooting the router

funny that I told him to get one of those but the guys at the shop said that one would be fine it was like £5 cheaper.
