Surelly not

Descent was the first game I played on a PC.

Loved it. But also felt like throwing up everytime I played it.

Holy crap! Bring back Descent for the love of god!
Destination Quartzon was one of the most awesomest games I've played back during the 3Dfx era. The AI in that puts todays titles to shame! MDK was equally spectacular!

O man, that would be ace if they did MDK 3. I just got MDK 1 and am going through it on my laptop!!! Will have to grab MDK 2 somewhen. I vaguely remember Earthworm Jim on some old Sega console.

But yes, long live Kurt, Max and that mad scientist dude!!!

Just cause someone asked earlier, yes interplay are a game developer, don't know where they've been for a while though :)

Interplay attempting to regain former self
GameSpot reported on November 13, 2007 that Interplay, using money from its sale of the Fallout IP to Bethesda Softworks, is going to restart its in-house game development studio and Interplay has plans on developing sequels to some of its classic IPs contingent on if it can secure financing. Gamespot stated:

“ Among the projects Interplay has said it wants to develop are sequels to Earthworm Jim, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, Descent, and MDK, provided it can find the financing.

I remember Interplay doing a lot of RPG's.

Not 100% certain but I'm sure they did Dungeon Master 2 / Eye Of The Beholder series.

They also did Baldurs Gate and what have you.

Could do with another decent RPG rather than all of this FPS we have now.

Not sure how much Interplay had to do with Baldur's Gate - I think they might have just been the publishers. Bioware were the devs.

Hope they get back on their feet again, they produced some great titles, I loved Rock n Roll Racing on the Sega Megadrive!
