Intervalometer and studio viewer for Sony A7RIII?

I'm looking for some software that hopefully does both of the above; acts as a digital intervalometer to have gaps higher than 60 seconds, and a studio viewer/download, preferably where raw images are just captured to the laptop as they're taken.

My Googlefu is really failing this afternoon and I'm only finding hardware intervalometers or the inbuilt one which limits pictures to every 60 seconds.

Anyone used anything that does both or either of the above?

A colleague of mine shoots with an A7III and recently did a timelapse of some building work on our warehouse in Berlin.

I've just called him and he said the only reliable way he found was adding an external device, he said he bought Spark Camera Remote by Alpine Labs and just plugged it directly into the Sony Imaging Software...no idea if that helps at all but I tried.
