I've got an interview tomorrow to do an NVQ lv 3 in Advanced food prep.

I'm not sure if this is like a propoer interview or what, do I need to wear a shirt?

Has anyone had an interview for a course before and is it just to weed out the numpties?

You just need to be clean and tidy I would think. not too casual and I wouldn't have thought that a shirt and tie were needed.

Good Luck

Just wear a smart t-shirt/jumper and some tidy jeans to be on the safe side. But the 'interview' is most likely just to discuss your grades and whether the course is suitable for you or not.

Just make sure to show your ambition in what you want to get from the course that is why they do interviews ive taken interviews when I lectured for a while.

First impressions count.

For something like this, i would wear a short sleeve shirt with a matching tie and maybe a jumper waistcoat, black trousers, smart shoes.
