My Dad is going for an internal promotion for a higher up position. He's the only person being interviewed but a presentation is required.
Hes not really a by-the-book manager, just does things to get them done, so he's never had to do this before. Im still at uni so don't have a clue.
Im assuming its all about what he'd do and where he'd take the company, but like I say I've never had to do it.
Im sure some people here have had to do similar things, so any tips or anything like that would be awesome.
