Interviewing a football coach?

Hi guys,

My uni are hiring a new football coach for this season and we have to come up with 5 questions that we want to ask the candidates. We're obviously going to ask the usual such as can you talk us through your experiences as a coach. But I was wondering if you guys could help us come up with some more questions?

My questions would be tailored to the role. If the team is struggling; what would you do to turn the fortunes around? How would you address the fitness of the squad? etc.
