Intranet Address book help!!!

Any one know of any good intranet based address books which store some of the following information:

First Name
Last Name
Department
E-mail
Phone No
Mobile No
Picture

I want to set this up and have it in the middle of each users desktop so they can just go to the desktop and do a quick search. I have sourceforge i think it is cant mind the name of the top of my head.

Anyone got anything like this or know where i can download one.

Well I created my own using PHP + MySQL.....its pretty easy, so it might be worth creating your own.

We hacked together a method of doing this with the windows address book (as used by Outlook Express) by redirecting each user's address book to point at a common one sitting on a shared network drive. A more elegant alternative (if you have AD/ Samba 3 with LDAP support/ Groupwise) would be to setup an LDAP address book in your mail client.
