I am looking for some code which will allow for a 'pinboard' to be placed on a company intranet. When I say pinboard, what I mean is literally a virtual pinboard which contains adverts from people in the company.
For example, people should be able to access the intranet and browse for adverts using categories that have been submitted by other employees. These listings will primarily be for selling items, and will preferentially include:
Item name
Category
Employee Name
Description
Asking Price
The ability to upload an image would also be good, although not compulsory.
After submitting an item the advert should be listed immediately, so users will generate content directly.
Is there any free code out there which (maybe with a little customisation) could achieve this? If not, would anyone be able to provide a guesstimate at which 'languages' would be able to perform this task, and how many man-hours a competent programmer would need to write/implement it?
