I'm interested in a new graphics card but am really struggling as to what to get. I'm not even sure if it's worthwhile to get one as I have a overclocked 7850 @ 1050MHz at the moment and I currently play games on a 1920x1080. I'm really looking forward to playing BF4 and will be playing many upcoming next-gen games. I will also be overclocking but I doubt I will ever want to alter the voltages.

The main 3 I was looking at was:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X WindForce 3X OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £269.99
1 x Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor-X OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Card £257.99
1 x MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming Edition OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £229.99
Total : £769.97 (includes shipping : £10.00).

The Gigabyte card seems nice because of it's 3 year warranty, UK RMA centre and I quite like it's design. I heard some people, in reviews, complain about the noise though and that it hangs a little in the case.

The MSI card has a very nice price with also a 3 year warranty but many people avoid this brand because of failures or problems or that they use low quality parts.

The Sapphire only has 2 years warranty and I plan to have this card for as long as possible (well, that's my goal anyways :p) however, it has the best looks imo and it's cooling is meant to be decent. I also vaguely remember a review saying it was a little noisy.

I also get the feeling I should be looking at the Sapphire toxic as well, but am put off a little by it's extra power consumption, design and colour but will happily consider it if it's a fair bit better. I was also considering the ASUS (not platinum) but that would really be stretching my wallet as £260 is already rather high :p

And my final question is:
Will a 650W OCZ ZS PSU power this card with a overclocked 8350, ASUS sabertooth, 1x SSD, 2x HDD, sound card and have room for future additions to the system?

Thank you in advance! :)

If its any help ive just added a Gigabyte Windforce 3X to my 7970 crossfire set up and man its got a fantastic cooler... I think its really quiet. Its a lot cooler/quieter than my Sapphire OC. (which has now been replaced with a Accelero Xtreme 7970 gpu cooler... and its a bit better than the Gigabyte cooler :p )

I'd go Gigabyte... cant go wrong with 3 year warranty and UK RMA service.

I've had the windforce cooler on my last two cards (GTX480 & 570SOC), and it was an absolutely excellent cooler. Gigabyte would be one of my first choices.
